- Pat the chicken breasts dry. Season generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Top with minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
- Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook on LOW for an additional 15-20 minutes.
