  2. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Top with minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Pour chicken broth around the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until the chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker using two forks.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook on LOW for an additional 15-20 minutes.
