  • 2 ripe Avocados Perfectly ripe
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt Sour cream can be used
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Flake the fresh salmon in a large mixing bowl until finely shredded.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, egg, chopped herbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the flaked salmon. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Moisten your hands with water, scoop the mixture, and shape it into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place the salmon balls on the parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring space between them.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. While baking, blend ripe avocados, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  8. Once salmon balls are done, serve warm with the creamy avocado sauce.
