Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Sriracha, a pinch of salt, and ½ teaspoon each of garlic powder and onion powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- On a shallow plate, pour ½ cup all-purpose flour. In a larger mixing bowl, mix together the remaining ½ cup flour, ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and a pinch of salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Gradually stir in ¾ cup cold beer until just combined.
- Heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a Dutch oven to 375°F using a thermometer for accuracy.
- Dredge fresh green beans in the flour, shaking off excess, then dip into the batter and place into hot oil.
- Fry in batches for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to gently stir.
- Remove golden brown green beans from oil and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serving
- Serve immediately while hot, paired with the zesty Sriracha mayo for dipping.

Notes
For best experience, serve crispy fried green beans immediately after frying to maintain their crunch.
