Step-by-Step Instructions for Bang Bang Chicken
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Whisk together until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Immerse chicken tenderloins in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove each tenderloin from the marinade and dredge in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat evenly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 365°F. Fry chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
