Make the Bang Bang Sauce
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Cover and set aside.
Prepare Chicken Marinade
- In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth, then add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
Coat the Chicken
- On a shallow plate, pour panko breadcrumbs. Coat each tenderloin thoroughly in the breadcrumbs and set aside.
Fry the Chicken
