Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Pat dry the shrimp or prawns with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, drizzle with light olive oil and sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
  3. Carefully place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding crowding.
  4. Insert the basket into the preheated air fryer and set the timer for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Check doneness with an instant-read thermometer to ensure shrimp reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
  6. Carefully remove the shrimp from the air fryer and let them rest for a minute before serving.
