- Begin by dividing your pizza dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
- For each calzone, place a dollop of pizza sauce on one half of the dough circle. Spread it evenly and layer with mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, seal the edges firmly, and crimp with a fork.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the basket and place calzones inside. Air fry for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt a tablespoon of butter and mix in garlic powder. Brush this over the calzones once they are done cooking.
- Allow the calzones to cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce or ranch dressing.
