  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Can substitute with provolone or cheddar

For Topping
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic Butter Brush on top for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning For added flavor

Method
 

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Begin by dividing your pizza dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
  2. For each calzone, place a dollop of pizza sauce on one half of the dough circle. Spread it evenly and layer with mozzarella and pepperoni.
  3. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, seal the edges firmly, and crimp with a fork.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease the basket and place calzones inside. Air fry for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Melt a tablespoon of butter and mix in garlic powder. Brush this over the calzones once they are done cooking.
  6. Allow the calzones to cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce or ranch dressing.
