  • 0.5 cup Vegan Ranch Dressing
Spice
  • 0.33 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust according to heat preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse and drain a 15 oz can of chickpeas, then mash them with a fork, leaving some whole.
  3. Mix in ½ cup of vegan ranch dressing and ⅓ cup of buffalo sauce, stirring until well combined.
  4. Sprinkle ½ cup of plant-based cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or veggies.
