Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse and drain a 15 oz can of chickpeas, then mash them with a fork, leaving some whole.
- Mix in ½ cup of vegan ranch dressing and ⅓ cup of buffalo sauce, stirring until well combined.
- Sprinkle ½ cup of plant-based cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with tortilla chips or veggies.
