Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by softening your butter to make spreading easier. Generously butter the outside of each slice of your chosen bread—sourdough or whole grain work beautifully.
- Take one slice of the prepared bread and generously spread a layer of your homemade cranberry sauce. Sprinkle a handful of toasted walnuts, followed by fresh baby spinach.
- Layer on the thinly sliced roasted turkey breast, and top with slices of creamy brie. Cover with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Place a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Once hot, gently place your sandwich into the skillet. Cover with a lid and cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the sandwich to cook the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes until the brie is melty and the second side turns a beautiful golden hue.
- Transfer the sandwich to a cutting board and let it rest for a minute before slicing in half to reveal the layered goodness.

Notes
For best results, use a hearty bread to prevent sogginess and allow the brie to melt properly for a delightful experience.
