  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional but highly recommended.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon You can omit if not desired.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, add rolled oats, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, shredded unsweetened coconut, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until creamy and uniform.
  2. Gently fold in sliced bananas if desired, being careful not to mash them too much.
  3. Divide the mixture into two jars or airtight containers, ensuring each jar has the same amount.
  4. Place the sealed jars in the refrigerator and allow them to chill and soak overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, take jars out of the fridge and stir before enjoying. Top with whipped cream and additional shredded coconut if desired.
