- Gently fold in sliced bananas if desired, being careful not to mash them too much.
- Divide the mixture into two jars or airtight containers, ensuring each jar has the same amount.
- Place the sealed jars in the refrigerator and allow them to chill and soak overnight.
- When ready to serve, take jars out of the fridge and stir before enjoying. Top with whipped cream and additional shredded coconut if desired.
