  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Substitute with Pecorino Romano if desired.
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley Omit if unavailable.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes, then drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Flatten 8 pieces of refrigerated biscuit dough into 3-inch circles.
  4. Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each dough circle, then fold and seal the edges.
  5. Transfer the sealed dough balls to the baking sheet with space in between each.
  6. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, then brush over each dough ball.
  7. Sprinkle grated parmesan over each dough ball, optionally adding chopped parsley.
  8. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving warm with dipping sauces.
