- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes, then drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Flatten 8 pieces of refrigerated biscuit dough into 3-inch circles.
- Take a spoonful of the beef mixture and place it in the center of each dough circle, then fold and seal the edges.
- Transfer the sealed dough balls to the baking sheet with space in between each.
- Melt butter and mix in minced garlic, then brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan over each dough ball, optionally adding chopped parsley.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm with dipping sauces.
