- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and bell peppers for 5–6 minutes until soft.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and brown for about 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, and drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and softened cream cheese until combined smoothly.
