Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and bell peppers for 5–6 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet and brown for about 7–8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper, and drain excess fat if necessary.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and softened cream cheese until combined smoothly.
  6. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, layer provolone cheese on top, and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 22–25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the casserole rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
