Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the shrimp and salmon under cold water and pat dry. Coat with Cajun seasoning and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Cook salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until opaque.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and simmer, stirring frequently, for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  4. Boil a large pot of water and cook peeled, cubed potatoes for 15-20 minutes. Drain, mash with butter, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Blanch fresh green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then plunge into ice water to retain crunch.
  6. Plate the mashed potatoes, arrange the seafood on top, drizzle with garlic cream sauce, and garnish with green beans.
