  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Avocado Lime Sauce
  • 1 whole Ripe Avocado fully ripe for smooth texture
  • 1 tablespoon Lime freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro optional garnish

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper to create a spicy oil mixture.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet, skin-side down, and coat with the Cajun oil mixture.
  4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until flaky and light opaque.
  5. While salmon is baking, mash the ripe avocado in a bowl and mix with lime juice, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve the baked salmon on plates with the avocado lime sauce drizzled on top and garnish with cilantro.
