Method

Bunny Oreo Balls Preparation
  1. Crush 20 Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Take about a tablespoon of the Oreo-cream cheese combo and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place the rolled balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt 10 ounces of white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
  4. Cut mini marshmallows in half and dip the flat side into pink sugar sprinkles. Press the dipped marshmallow halves onto the truffle tops while the coating is soft.
  5. Allow your Bunny Oreo Balls to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets completely.
