Bunny Oreo Balls Preparation
- Crush 20 Oreo cookies in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Take about a tablespoon of the Oreo-cream cheese combo and roll it into 1-inch balls. Place the rolled balls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt 10 ounces of white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate.
- Cut mini marshmallows in half and dip the flat side into pink sugar sprinkles. Press the dipped marshmallow halves onto the truffle tops while the coating is soft.
- Allow your Bunny Oreo Balls to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes until the chocolate sets completely.
