Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Pour half of the prepared sauce mixture into the bottom of your greased casserole dish.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken filling into the center of each tortilla, roll it up tightly, and place it in the prepared dish.
- Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chopped green onions.
