  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Neufchâtel cheese can be a lighter option.
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Other cheeses like Monterey Jack can also work.
  • 1/2 cup Hot Sauce Adjust to your heat preference.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Both homemade or store-bought versions are great.
For the Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter Can be substituted with olive oil.
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder Fresh onions can also add flavor.
For the Wrap
  • 8 large Flour Tortillas Opt for gluten-free tortillas if needed.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Pour half of the prepared sauce mixture into the bottom of your greased casserole dish.
  5. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the chicken filling into the center of each tortilla, roll it up tightly, and place it in the prepared dish.
  6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-23 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with ranch dressing and garnish with chopped green onions.
