  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Adjust quantity based on heat preference
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Bombs
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble before wrapping
  • 1/2 cup Plain Flour Can use gluten-free flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko is preferred for crunch
For Cooking
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil For frying

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 1-inch cubes and set them aside.
  2. Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces and wrap each cheese cube with the crumbled bacon.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce.
  4. Take a handful of the chicken filling, flatten it, and enclose a bacon-wrapped cheese cube, shaping it into a ball.
  5. Set up three dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs. Coat each chicken bomb accordingly.
  6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the bombs for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot, drizzled with the remaining buffalo sauce.
