Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down onto the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Apply the glaze evenly over the salmon, then tent loosely with another piece of foil.
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches between 150°F and 155°F.
  6. Uncover and broil for 2 to 4 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
  7. Let the salmon rest, then serve warm garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
