  • 1 pound Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder for seasoning
For the Avocado Salsa
  • 2 Avocados diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 small Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped

Method
 

Shrimp Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Spread the shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp are opaque.
Avocado Salsa Preparation
  1. In a separate bowl, combine diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro.
  2. Gently mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Assembly
  1. Once the shrimp are cooked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  2. Spoon the shrimp into bowls and top with avocado salsa.
