Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) for fan-assisted ovens, or 200°C (390°F) for conventional ones.
  2. Unroll chilled puff pastry sheets onto a floured surface and drizzle honey over them.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, grated Parmesan, and thyme over the pastry.
  4. Roll each pastry sheet tightly from one edge to the other and cut in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist the rolled pastry pieces into spiral shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops of each pastry twirl with milk.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
