Preparation Steps
  1. In a large jar or mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mash 1 ripe banana and mix it in until everything is well combined.
  2. Seal the jar or cover the bowl with plastic wrap, then place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 to 6 hours, or ideally overnight.
  3. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If it’s too thick, add a splash of almond milk.
  4. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the top and add sliced bananas for garnish. Finish with whipped topping if desired.
