  • 3 each Medjool Dates pitted
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 cup Soy Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Apple Butter
Crumble
  • 1/2 cup Oats gluten-free if necessary
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts or pecans
  • 1 pinch Salt
Topping
  • 2 each Apples diced
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon for sautéing

Method
 

Prepare Pudding Base
